1. Standard/Free Shipping: Please order before 01.12.2023. All order with these shipping method after 30.11.2023 will be not guaranteed to deliver in time for Christmas day.

2. Express Shipping (DHL): Please order before 06.12.2023. All order with these shipping method after 05.12.2023 will be not guaranteed to deliver in time for Christmas day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Just to name a few countries that we ship to, we ship to the EU, Canada (CAN), Australia (AU), amongst a ton of other countries! To see which countries we ship to, place an item in your cart, click the “view cart” button that will appear, and then select the corresponding country. You may be prompted to enter you postal code for more accurate rates.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders from our store typically take 3 to 10 business days of processing time* depending on the product type and our current volume.

Shipping time for order:

Normally, it takes 5-15 business days to deliver package to European customers.

For international customers, please allow 7-15 business days of shipping time.Custom products might take an additional 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@divesart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to deny any request for refund/return the products that was not defected by our production or any problem that caused by the third party.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that we can not return and refund in case the product was not defected by our production.

For seasonal products such as Halloween, Christmas...we will not return if there is no defect from our side. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
