We are a design team from Vietnam. Our journey began when we were children

Back to the old days when our founders were children, their biggest dream was to design the better mugs which help them tell their story, their voice and their ego. At Devisart LLC, we believe that everyone has their own story, but in this world of 7 billion people, somewhere and some how we find our story in other’s. That miracle thought inspired us to open online store with pre-designed and printed on demand products. 

Each product has been designed by our world-class team. We offer a wide variety of high quality and beautiful design. These are not only to show your unique everyday style.

We are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package will be much longer than expected.

Under the influence of the coronavirus, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.

Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.

In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Just to name a few countries that we ship to, we ship to the United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CAN), Australia (AU), amongst a ton of other countries! To see which countries we ship to, place an item in your cart, click the “view cart” button that will appear, and then select the corresponding country. You may be prompted to enter you postal code for more accurate rates. Note: We display all shipping options for each country. After you’ve selected your country, you will see all options available for your area. 

WILL THERE BE TAXES AND DUTIES?

The shipping options (in the chart below) will have duties and taxes already included up front. This means that you won’t have to pay the courier directly when the packages arrive.

* What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time of approximately 3-5 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
